Use a mini donut cutter to cut donut shapes.

If you do not have a donut cutter:

• Use a glass for the outer circle.
• Use a bottle cap for the center hole.

Arrange the donuts on parchment paper.

Cover lightly.

Allow them to rise again for 30 minutes.
