Method One: Piping Inside
Fill a piping bag with the cream mixture.
Insert the tip into the side or bottom of each pastry ball.
Pipe cream until the shell feels slightly heavier.
Method Two: Cut and Fill
Slice each pastry ball in half.
Spoon or pipe cream inside.
Add berries.
Replace the top half.
